We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your FentyBeauty.com purchase, we offer free returns within 30 days of the ship date. Items must be in new or gently used condition to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack Your Products
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and remove any old shipping labels.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
